Reiki means 'universal life energy'. It is a truly holistic treatment whereby the therapist helps to channel reiki energy to the client to promote a sense of deep relaxation and wellbeing, and to encourage the bodies natural ability to heal itself, restoring balance to the mind, body and spirit.
It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy, excellent for stress, emotional upheaval or just for some ‘me’ time. Reiki energy has an intelligence of its own, thus travelling to where the client needs it and can only be used with the best of intent.
